Look what we made!

In the “POP-Up” card class last week we made these awesome cards. Isn’t it the coolest!? And the best part is that for the $15.00 class fee, the participants left with this card, knowledge of how to make it and the die for the pop-up beach chair. Are you dyeing with envy? Well, settle down. I am going to be doing another one in July. Keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming class schedule!

By the way, the chair die is normally $39.99.

Mom and Me Workshop
This month we are going to make a really cool mixed media art piece for Dad. It's a "I Love You More Than ________". Mine would read "I love you more than cupcakes!" LOL! A picture of child or Father with child should be brought. No larger than 4"x3". This is set for Sunday, June 13th from 10 AM to 12 PM. Cost is $10.00 and includes all supplies.

Make A Wish All Day Crop and Sale
Our goal is to raise $5000.00 to grant one local child a wish and we need your help! The crop will be on Saturday, June 19th from 10 AM to 7 PM. Come stay all day and crop with us for just $25 or stop by to shop- All profits go to Make A Wish! Many Vendors on sight! Pop-Up Cards!
Come and make an interactive pop-up card using the Sizzix Pop-Up Beach chair die. These are such fun cards, you won’t want to give them away! There is a lot of assembling and they do take some patience but when they are done, they are soooo worth it. This class will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd from 10 AM to 12PM and the cost is $15.00. and all supplies are included. You will leave with a completed card and envelope along with the die which is a $40.00 value! Only 5 spots available!

A Book of ME
This is a book made with Teresa Collins papers, Tim Holtz embellishments, Heidi Swap and Prima flowers and many more. This is a beautiful spiral bound book that’s full of personal prompts to fill out and be able to pass down to children and grandchildren. The pictures really don’t do it justice. I will have the sample with me at H2U for you to see up close. I am planning this workshop for Friday evening, June 25th from 6 PM to 9 PM. I am also willing to have a day class if anyone is interested. Just let me know. The cost is $20.00 and includes all supplies. (I will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded)

Cricut Cards
So many of you have asked me to have a Cricut class so, after much planning and cutting and gluing and typing, I have come up with a class for you. We will be making four different cards using cuts from the Cricut and various cartridges. When you leave this class, you will have four great cards with envelopes along with the detailed directions so you can reproduce them on your Cricut! This workshop will be on Wednesday, June 30th from 10 AM to 2 PM . The cost is $20.00 and includes a lite lunch. (I will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded)

Please R.S.V.P. at least a couple days in advance for any of these classes and workshops.

Some Fun Sizzix Cards

I have to share these wonderful cards with you. I made them with Sizzix dies which made the job so nice and easy. Just cut, embellish, smile!

This is the Cupcake Pocket Card. I cut the cupcake top out with the sizzix and ran it through the Xyron to make it sticky then added lots of yummy glitter. The sprinkles are a pearly squeeze paint and all of the paper is from Stampin’ Up! Don’t you just want to take a bite?
This one is the Strawberry Card. Again, cut, embellish and smile! This was copied from a make and take I did at CHA at the sizzix booth but I used all Stampin’ Up! papers.
The last one is the Flower Pot Pocket Card. I have seen many patterns on the web for this style card but I prefer to let my Sizzix do the cutting for me.
If you live locally, I will be offering these cards in a class at H2U on the 12th of the month. If you are a member, let me know if you would like to attend.

Have a great day! XO, Mimi
